They do great work but can't get the right flowers. This is the second year for a birthday that they sent the wrong flowers.

Worst flower arrangement I have ever seen done by professional supposedly... Giant straight up and down vase 5 inch across for maybe 20 flowers stems and greens. Got them yesterday, sunflowers...

Beautiful and unique arrangements. Staff is helpful. Lots of gift items too. They have arrangements ready to go or you can select your own flowers to be arranged.
