This is our local B of A which we like a great deal. The one major drawback is the size and location of the branch. During the 11 till 2 pm high traffic hours I try to avoid it like the plague....

Often times this Bank of America location cannot complete any cash transactions because "their systems are down" So you will not be able to make deposits or cash withdrawals inside the branch...

Literally called 5 times. 6th time i called while walking in. Phone apparently doesnt ring at this location. I just wanted to know if they had a coin counter

The branch located @ 8750 E. Raintree Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 has consistently been a negative experience for any banking needs over the past 6 years. Whoever is in charge of hiring at this...

Thank you bofa the worst bank ever for making the decision easy to leave you. The woman scrolling through her email watching the 22 of us in line was the last straw. F your bank!
