Arc de Belle was the brain child of Lana Bogan of San Diego, California. A floral designer for years and an artist at heart, she, along with her father, Wayne Sellon, a pioneer in the decorative concrete field, decided to create wedding arches and chuppahs that were both beautiful and structurally sound.
