Arizona Superior Court in Pima County

The Pima County Juvenile Court s mission is to promote the interest and safety of the community, promote the rehabilitation of children and families, facilitate the protection of children who are abused and neglected and facilitate the provision of services to children and families involved with the court all in accordance with the due process of law. Pima County Juvenile Court is charged under the Federal and State Constitutions, laws and rules of the court with jurisdiction over all children under the age of 18 years who are referred for reasons of mental health, incorrigibility, delinquency and for all families involved in dependencies, severances and adoptions. It is headquartered in Tucson, Ariz.
