My care philosophy as a Nurse Practitioner working on oncology is to provide compassionate and patient-centered care. I strive to address the physical, emotional and social aspects of each patient's journey while maintaining a therapeutic relationship based on trust and open communication. I am dedicated to empowering patients through shared decision making in order to meet their goals and maintain dignity through their cancer care journey.

I believe that patients deserve excellent care which includes the best treatment options, communication among all providers, knowledge about their condition and treatment in a healing environment.

I believe the key factors in helping establish a successful patient physician relationship is spending time and listening to the patients. It is important to take time to explain to them their condition and their treatment options and share in the decision making. I treat all of my patients like my own family members. My hope is when the patient walks out of my clinic they are confident that I will be able to provide them with high quality, compassionate health care. It is important to me that my patients trust me with their healthcare and the care of their family members in the future.
