St. Elias Brewing Company

St. Elias is a family owned and operated full service restaurant and brewpub. We offer a full menu of rustic Neapolitan style pizzas and sandwiches which are cooked to perfection in our stone fired pizza oven. In addition our kitchen serves up huge gourmet salads and house made desserts. We strive to use the freshest ingredients to maintain a high standard of quality. Our on sight brewhouse is designed to produce the highest quality handcrafted ales, using the freshest grain and hops from all around the world. Our restaurant exclusively offers St. Elias ales on tap, which can't be purchased at any other location. Our 7 barrel brewhouse produces all of our house ales as well as cream soda and root beer. We also offer a variety of red and white wine on tap, including some Alaskan locally made varieties. In addition, we serve several commercially produced gluten free beers and cider.
