History
The owners Pete and Bertha Karras have lived in Sitka nearly every year of their 65yr marriage, the only year they did not live in Sitka was the year they got married and tried to live in Seattle. They missed Sitka so much though that they couldn't stay away! Bertha was born and raised in Sitka and met her husband here when she was young. They raised their entire family of seven here and started the Rental back in the 80's. We have been in business for over 30 years serving people from all over the world!
Specialties
We provide a place to stay in the heart of downtown Sitka, Alaska. We have two separate apartments with spectacular views of the ocean and mountains.

I went to Sitka to visit my boyfriend and his family. We spent 3 days here. How beautiful! I felt very welcomed and this is a perfect place to spend your time in. It's huge and beautiful inside!...
