They were nice and thorough, but they didn't have either of my air filters in stock. They told me I should buy them somewhere else and bring them in.

They siliconed closed my oil drain plug. Also didn't tell me. I discovered it the next time I went in for an oil change, in a different city. Because they did this, I had to have my oil pan replaced.
