So my bf and I have GCI for internet and I was trying to get my online account (MyGCI) set up for 1 week now. I've called them 3 times and everytime they said I should get an email to set it up...

Planned outages were communicated as "up to an hour" between Nov 1-5. In reality, service went down multiple times during business hours for several hours at a time, and then again for four hours...

Poor service provider. Works about half the time other half they have outages and make up stuff to make themselves sound good on how their over priced services don't work
