Best Gluten-free crust of any pizza joint in town. The best home made crust which is thin and crispy. Not rice or cauliflower, true flour crust.

Our pizzas are made using the highest quality ingredients. We use a Valoriani wood-fired oven imported from Italy and mounted onto a custom built trailer. Cooking time for a personal size pizza averages about 5 minutes. We are located next to the downtown Juneau Library.

Slow seelrvice, mediocre execution. Somehow the $$$$ pizzas sound amazing and end up either tasteless or dripping with (flavorless) fat. Rarely open. I want to like them but I am dosappointed...
