Feather & Flour is a 1950s house-turned-restaurant in the heart of the Matanuska Valley that strives to use local, fresh ingredients from Alaska to support fishers, farmers, and foragers in the state. The restaurant recently opened (Aug 2022), and currently serves 3-Course Dinners, Sunday Brunch, and Thursday Oyster Night.
