Mr. Weber Dragon Tattoo Shops founder has been tattooing almost 37 years and owned five shops in four states. He is dedicated to helping quality artists with the business of tattooing! By offering franchise opportunities to quality artists, he hopes to grow the quality of the industry by pushing out 'scratchers' and/or what he calls 'slap-n-tickle' tattooers, ones that slap on a pattern and fill in the lines and whom more often than not create bad tattoos!
