Founded in 2003 by Steve Barilla and Chris Ho, the business switched hands to Scott Schupbach in 2010. In 2015, Adam Stout purchased the business and transitioned ownership to the current owner, Jamin Rice in 2017. All parties ever involved with ownership have years of cumulative knowledge of Denali National Park, Alaska, and beyond.
