Established in 1978, Cordova Telephone Cooperative Inc. (CTC) is one of the first local providers of access to the internet, America's information super highway. Based in Cordova, Alaska, it has two subsidiaries that include Cordova Wireless Communications (CWC) and Cordova Long Distance (CLD). The company offers different services, such as telephone, wireless and internet. Cordova Telephone Cooperative Inc. is a member-owned cooperative and serves sponsorships, as well as donations to tax exempt, nonprofit organizations and community groups.
