They outsources their customer service overseas and you can talk to anyone in America or even Alaska when you have a real emergency with no propane! No delivery for over and week and nothing done...

I have been trying to change the bill out of my mother's name, since she has passed away and I now own her home - but the call center is a complete joke, and you can't call any business directly.
