Also, I file wills in probate court and file for administration of estates without wills in probate court to lawfully obtain the transfer to heirs of assets such as land, oil, gas & mineral interests & royalties. I handle land cases such as boundary line disputes, petition for division, and petitions to determine the ownership of disputed property. I handle family law matters such as obtaining child visitation, the determination of child support, and child custody.
