Urology Specialists, PC

Dr. Flatt joined Urology Specialists in 1993. He earned his medical degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1985, and completed his residency at Duke University Medical Center in 1991. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is board certified by the American Board of Urology. He is also a member of American Urologic Association. His special interests include stone disease, surgical and medical treatment of BPH and open approach surgeries.

Dr. Jiminez joined Urology Specialists in 2001. He earned his medical degree at University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 1995, and completed his residency at Emory University Hospital in 2001. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is board certified by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Jiminez is a member of the American Urologic Association. Dr. Jiminez service to the medical community has included positions as Division Chief of Urology at Huntsville Hospital and as Chief of Staff at Crestwood Medical Center. His special interests include complex stone disease and daVinci robotic surgery with a focus on renal, adrenal and prostate malignancies. Dr. Jiminez is married to Stephanie Jiminez, MD, a radiologist practicing with Radiology of Huntsville. They have two children. In his free time he enjoys scuba diving, hiking, tennis and fishing.
