We are a fully equipped fitness and health facility always opened 24/7 with fitness, combat, bootcamp, and HIIT classes daily. We offer a basic fitness membership that can be paid either by monthly payments in a contract or paid in full for one month, three months, 6 months, or yearly. (Payments are discounted for military members and first responders.) We have many fitness classes that are instructed throughout every day during the week such as zumba, tabata, yoga, spin class, etc. HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes and our all female boot camp are also classes that we offer with our two personal trainers that are also available to train one-on-one sessions. Boxing, Boxing Fitness, Muay Thai, Judo, MMA, and Jiu Jitsu are available seperatly or as a package for adults and Kid's Boxing and Kid's Grappling (Jiu Jitsu) are offered as a package. Guest privileges and tanning privileges are also offered at our location.
