Based in Lanett, Ala., Southern Harbor Resort and Marina is a vacation home. The resort offers to its vast client base an array of recreational activities, including fishing of Largemouth Bass, Hybrid Bass, Crappie and Striped Bass. Besides fishing, it offers other activities, such as exploring various secluded coves by skiing, sailing and other water sports. In addition, the people also relax on the sandy beaches. Its additional facility includes waterfront cottage that are available on nightly as well as weekly rental basis. The Harbor Cafe serves a plethora of sandwiches and salads varieties for lunch and a dinner menu, including prime steaks, seafood, chicken and a variety of appetizers.

Stopped in at 3:15 pm and the doors were locked. Guess they close earlier than posted hours!
