Inspired in 2012, infused in 2014, we shared our 1st harvest in 2015 with Birmingham and the surrounding communities. Simply Infused is an Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar tasting room. We are purveyors of fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oils from around the world and barrel-aged Balsamic Vinegars from Modena, Italy.
