The people that work here don't actually know what they are doing. Messed up hemming some pants two times in a row. It's some pants...how hard can it be

I hate to have to write this, but I feel the need to warn other brides about the service I received at Promenade. I would not recommend Promenade for any bridal services, especially bridesmaids...

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Even though I didn't find what I was looking for, they gave me some great advice. Def will go back when I have other needs!
