Waited almost two hours with no explanation. Food arrived cold and not fresh. Tried calling to get an answer and no one responded. Definitely never ordering from this location or Papa John's again.

Unfortunately this store is poorly managed. I have attempted to order pizza from this store three times and have yet to have a pizza delivered in a timely fashion. The last order was made online...
