Went in when there were no customers in the store and asked to have my diagnostic codes ran on my car and the woman at the counter said "I'm the only one here besides my drivers. I can't go...

watch put for oreillys in red bay alabama..if you buy anything and have to return it they will only give you a gift card which is not company policy..they are rude and very unhelpful ..avoid at...

Went in for some refrigerant and one of the employees showed me how to do it, he did all the work, in this hot weather. Great experience and great staff.

Auto part supplies & knowledge aren't what they used to be. Used to be able to count on O'Reillys, but not anymore. This location doesn't require masking & workers aren't wearing them either....
