Mudtown Eat & Drink is a family eatery that serves a range of soups, desserts, salads, appetizers and entrees. It derives its name from the nickname of Cahaba River banks given by Native Americans due to the swampy, muddy conditions as a result of heavy rains. Mudtown Eat & Drink offers dine-in and pickup catering services for office parties, corporate training sessions, seminars, private gatherings and customer appreciation luncheons. It publishes a regular newsletter that provides information on special events and menu changes in the restaurant, as well as offers gift certificates of various denominations. Additionally, the restaurant s menu features a variety of sandwiches, pasta dishes, burgers, steaks and chops.
