The Dr was asleep in her office. We were there 1 hr before being seen and no one else was even there! Stepped out of the room and i said excuse me! And no one was to be found

Service in office was fine, but billing is a mess. Overcharged and unable to get a refund. Lots of others seem to have the same issue.
