Service is horrendous. They aren't staffed for walk in. They focus on drive thru. Should be the other way around. Staff has really bad attitude. You can probably guess the culture.

I've come to this location multiple times but today the customer service was terrible. I was very polite saying yes ma'am and no ma'am. Upon receiving my bag i noticed there weren't any napkins...

Freshness, temperature and quality of the food being served will probably do it! There's usually not a crowd here and the aforementioned is probably why.
