Dr. Kelsey Kennedy is a board-certified dermatologist who has extensive experience in providing medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology services. Kathryn Guilbeau is a dedicated Certified Physician Assistant with a deep passion for dermatology. She finds immense fulfillment in enhancing her patients’ quality of life through effective diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions, from common issues like acne and eczema to serious concerns such as skin cancers. Kathryn values the importance of building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel heard and well-informed. Her commitment to personalized, compassionate care is driven by her own experiences, including her struggle with acne and her proactive stance on skin cancer prevention.

A physician assistant is a person who has successfully completed an accredited education program for physician assistant, is licensed by the state and is practicing within the scope of that license. Physician assistants are formally trained to perform many of the routine, time-consuming tasks a physician can do. In some states, they may prescribe medications. They take medical histories, perform physical exams, order lab tests and x-rays, and give inoculations. Most states require that they work under the supervision of a physician.
