The facility is acceptable as far as a bus station goes. The problem is poor communication skills by employees. The employees and or bus drivers assume you're familiar with the whole luggage...

The bus was stink stops wasn't long enough the bathroom had the whole bus smelling like ass the need to be able to flush or something and the bathrooms at the bus stop locations was also nasty...

Loud and Super rude employees, rather yell at you first before giving good service. Too have a good time don't ask questions or even look at the workers or they will get mad. Super disrespectful.

There's always delays and rude disrespectful drivers and customer service support... Greyhound takes your money and offers poor dirty facilities while making your trip as long as they want
