We've been doing in-house custom design since we opened in Muscle Shoals in 1999 and we've been able to incorporate new tools to expand and improve that process. In fact when we began that was the bulk of the business--making things from start to finish. We try to be more creative and open to new things, and more flexible with what has been done and what me might be able to do. New projects are the way we learn and grow. We've also expanded our selection of Estate and Antique jewelry that has become one of our most unique parts of the business. Overall, we want to make sure we're giving our customers the kind of customer service and product quality that sets us apart from the rest and I think we do that very well.
