Opened in 2002, Florence-Lauderdale Public Library has a collection of nearly 100,000 books, audio books, music CDs and movies. Based in Florence, Ala., the library comprises four departments, including circulation, reference, teens, kids and history. It offers services, including computer classes, interlibrary loan (ILL), meeting rooms and writing workshops.
