Incompetent and vulgar just rude do your job! Waited for absolutely no reason accept the guy taking orders wanted to go break horrible service cussed me out because of your mistake smh

I've always liked Firehouse Subs. They have toasted sandwiches. Which is a lot more than other sub spots can say. Typically I will get a small sandwich, but the medium is what I got this time....

Watched an employee drop some to go mustard packets and then pick them up off the ground and continue to make someone's sandwich. No change of gloves or anything. Love some firehouse but that's gross
