SpecialtiesWe specialize in the instruction of authentic, traditional Shotokan Karate, the most popular martial arts system in the world. We focus on the development of sound mechanics in our students, which develops physical conditioning, mental discipline, and confidence in one's self. We constantly strive to challenge our students to reach higher levels of ability, regardless of rank and skill. We also offer instruction in Okinawan weapons training, using methods taught in the Yamanni Ryu kobudo system.

We are a Martial Arts and Fitness school focused on making people of all ages healthier and safer, throughout Karate, Jiu Jitsu and Fitness Kickboxing programs. We're proud to have nationally-certified instructors, a supportive and passionate community, and a safe training environment where kids and parents alike can enjoy learning martial arts together! We encourage our students to remain physically fit, maintain self-discipline, and spend the majority of each class on technique -- we want to provide high-quality instruction but also make sure that training is fun!
