Linhart was the first Slovenian playwright and the founder of Slovenian historiography. You can find out about his life and work at a permanent exhibition in the Municipal Museum in the Radovljica Manor. Hiša Linhart Restaurant by chef UrošŠ Chef Uroš Štefelin began his independent path in the Vils Podvin rural restaurant with rooms, where he strives to unite local suppliers and restaurateurs and to develop, research and upgrade traditional dishes into NOUVELLE SLOVENIAN CUISINE. In doing so, such dishes will be preserved for future generations. In 2020 the Gault & Millau guide named Uroš Štefelin as the 'Best Chef of Traditional Cuisine'.
