The PASAJ Restaurant is a meeting place for the locals of Sibiu and for the adventurous tourists who appreciate and understand gastronomy beyond satisfying their hunger with “something, just anything”. Both parties seek culinary dishes made from fresh flavourful ingredients whose source is reliable and easily traceable.
