Knaben Camping The old mining town of Knaben is situated furthest north in Kvinesdal, bordering the high plains. Knaben Camping offers outlets for 40 camper van’s and mobile homes. Each outlet has electricity and cable TV. The service area offers common room, showers/wc and washing machine. Open all year. Knaben is a nature area extremely popular with visitors seeking outdoor pursuits both during summer and winter months. There are numerous marked walking trails of varying degree, amongst others going out to the mines in the mountains. During the winter season, Knaben is popular with enthusiastic skiers. There are over 40 kilometres of prepared cross country ski trails and the new Alpine Ski and Activity Centre offers visitors several downhill runs and a welcoming café. The alpine centre has premises for private celebrations and is fully licensed. The unique Knaben Landhandel shop offers an eclectic mix of goods from groceries to unusual souvenirs.

Tonstadli offers traditional and modern accommodation. A choice of rooms with bunk beds or double beds. Comfortable cabins with living room, kitchenette, shower / toilet, bedrooms and loft.
