Wij zijn Richard en Julia ons groene hart vind je terug op de menukaart van VERT we laten ons inspireren door de seizoenen en ingrediënten van Nederlandse bodem. De non-alcoholische dranken zoals kombucha's en limonades zijn huisgemaakt. We infuseren de dranken vaak met wildgeplukte bloemen of kruiden uit onze moestuin. De wijnen die we serveren zijn biodynamisch of worden op natuurlijke wijze gemaakt. Ze zijn ongefilterd en soms troebel, van natuurlijke vergisting en zonder toevoegingen. Bij VERT speelt groente de hoofdrol. In 4 gangen serveren we 9 wisselende gerechten om te delen, en kan aangevuld worden met extra gerechten. Onze à la carte kaart bestaat uit verschillende gerechten die geschikt zijn om te delen of alleen te eten.
