Stripes Restaurant provides the only upscale dining experience inside Schiphol Airport. Executive Chef Melvin Salimin has put together an eclectic menu with a main focus on grill dishes from the famous Jasper Grill. The offering is a reflection of the season and Dutch influences cultivated by the creative talents of our kitchen team Stripes’ wine menu shows an extensive list of classics, varied with a wide variation of exciting terroirs and special viticulture of new world wines. The name and logo of Stripes are inspired by the grill pattern of the Jasper Grill, which occurs when the meat hits the grill. It also stands for the stripes left behind by a plane in the sky above Schiphol Airport. Set inside a contemporary atrium with a soaring ambiance, The Gate Bar is flooded with natural light providing brightness and energy during a productive working day. In the evening the atrium transforms into a more relaxing setting, unveiling its cosmopolitan and international character.
