Rosalie serves excellent (natural) wine and a generous assortment of canned, bottled and tap beer. International dishes are prepared over an open fire. Hoe werkt het concept? Stel zelf je visschotel samen bij de counter. Je kunt je natuurlijk altijd laten adviseren door onze medewerkers. De inhoud en grootte van je visschotel bepaal je helemaal zelf. In onze gekoelde counter kun je kiezen uit meer dan 25 soorten verse vis en andere zeeproducten. Kies bij je visschotel eventueel één van onze supplementen zoals gegrilde groente, frites, salade en paella om je gerecht helemaal compleet te maken. Tevens kun je uit onze menukaart diverse voor- hoofd- en nagerechten bestellen. Alle gerechten zijn ook af te halen.
