"Al in de jaren ', toen de Hessenweg werd ontwikkeld als winkelstraat, hét adres in De Bilt. En sinds geniet je hier van klassiekers in het - buffet, bijzondere gerechten in à la carte of een speciaal arrangement. Chef-kok Michael kookt dagelijks de gerechten van seizoensproducten, uit eigen regio. Klassiek, maar met een eigentijdse en verfrissende twist. Voor een cappuccino met koekje of een lekker glas huiswijn zit je bij in het restaurant vanzelfsprekend goed. En de borrel keuze omvat meer dan alleen dumplings.
