Full fan of the metro proper. The buses did well for the most part. The one huge exception was the DC Circulator which was absolutely horrendous.

Management needs to be F'ing FIRED!!! Look at this crap! Rush hour at 5: 15 pm they have running 8-10 minutes apart, f'ing hot, and people ready to fight! Ignorant, lack of trending analysis...

Between metro lines constantly being closed due to maintenance and escalators down due to malfunctions, I'm honestly surprised when/if I take the metro and everything is working.
