Welcome to TRY AND TASTE,an authentic Pasta Cooking Class.Nice to meet you, we’re Monica&Barbara, pasta makers.Our purpose is to promote&give value to the genuineness of our Emilia Romagna region culinary tradition, in a fun&relaxing atmosphere.We proudly like to think that visitors from abroad, can be part of our most important aim: keeping handmade pasta tradition alive.We’ll accompany you step by step in the various stages of pasta production:from mixing flour&eggs, to cutting different shapes.We’ll show you how to cook&we’ll eat together our masterpieces.Our proposals are:Traditional Handmade pasta-Vegan&Vegetarian. 3 New cooking classes ideas, inspired by the colors of the Italian flag,in 3 different locations between Modena&Bologna.Our SPECIAL Courses paired with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar&with Parmigiano or Our Traditional bread.The experiences are perfect for your group of friends-family-loved one to celebrate anniversary-retirement-birthday party-bachelor/bachelorette party
