Located on the third floor of a residential block (with elevator!), The spacious and cosy apartment is made of 3 bedrooms, a large living room with sofas for relaxing and reading, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and, last but absolutely not least, a wide and luxuriant terrace which is my pride and joy. It is set in Balduina, a central but quiet and safe neighborhood; 20 minutes walking from Vatican City and 10 from Monte Mario Natural Reserve, a huge city park which overlooks Rome, where to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Eternal city. The place is very well connected to the city center by underground, urban train and bus lines 800mt from Metro A- Cipro-Musei Vaticani which connects to all major attractions in Rome 5 minutes walking from urban train F3 station ( which stops in Trastevere, Vatican , Eataly, Gemelli Hospital, San Filippo Neri Hospital and connects to Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci Airport) Multiple bus lines stop in front of the apartment. Plenty of facilities, shops, restaurants, gelaterias, coffee shops, supermarkets and a local food market within very short walking distance.The room is large and sunny and quiet, with a big window.
