It is a ground floor with indipendent entrance is composed by living room with double sofa-bed, radio, lcd tv, dvd, free satellite, kitchenette,and separated by door, corridor, double bedroom with tv and dvd, bathroom with shower, air conditioned and on request whatever you need for the baby.
