A warm welcome to Monferrato with its splendid, timeless hill towns and excellent wines and traditional cuisine. We are located 20 minutes northwest of Asti. This area of the Monferrato is sometimes referred to as the Land of Saints and Wine. We offer truffle hunting and cooking classes with seasonal vegetables, truffles, mushrooms and cheese. We look forward to sharing our passion for the Monferrato and sharing a memorable experience of cooking immersed in nature with truffles and cultivated mushrooms and tasting local wines and cheese.
