Florence Food Studio is a cooking school that is dedicated to teaching the Tuscan and Italian culinary tradition and its most innovative variants, but is also open to contamination with different gastronomic cultures. The project, which stems from the collaboration with the Fiorentina DOC chef Benedetta Vitali, is currently managed by Giorgio Pinto, chef and owner of the business.
