New is born out of the old, out of what used to be and used to live. Tradition is that which creates quality, while consistency maintains it through time and creates new values. The richness of Dalmatian Zagora cuisine stems from its geographical, national and cultural diversity. This cuisine has been influenced in rich and different ways – it appeared as a characteristic mixture of Bosnian-Herzegovinian and Mediterranean cuisine. Overcooked lamb, very bad experience

Very bad experience lamb with potatoes for 2 persons was very overcooked, almost black, quantity too...
