Villa has three floors. Ground floor has a bright and open concept with big kitchen, dining and living area. Entire ground floor is connected to one of three terraces ideal for morning coffee or breakfast. Ground floor also includes one toilette and spacious storage area near the kitchen. Fire place in the living rooms gives a special warm feeling, especially in spring or late summer. Just outside a house is a swimming pool with an outdoor kitchen ideal for BBQ dinner or afternoon lunch in the shade, while enjoying the pool view. In a spacious yard you can find additional fun for children (trampoline, toys for fun in the pool, basketball..). The yard is fenced so there is plenty of space to play around the house. Villa can accommodate up to 9 persons. Bedrooms are located on two floors. First floors includes master bedroom with big bathroom (equipped by both shower and the tub). The bedroom has a beautiful view on the pool and the vineyard and has its own private terrace. This bedroom also includes large additional (spare) bed (120 x 200 cm ). Next to the master bedroom is another two bed bedroom and a shower bathroom located next to it. Third floor includes two bedrooms with a shared shower bathroom. Each room has a beautiful view, whether it is to the vineyard, vinery or the pool.
