In the historical warehouse and cellar of Aegean wines of Hermoupolis of the 19th century, Cantina Analogue has come to continue the culture of the cellar of that period; enriching it with contemporary elements and present trends. Following the tradition, the history but also the evolution, Cantina works as a space that sought to highlight the local products, the Aegean small producers, as well as the local culture that concerns the process of tasting, sharing flavors and the deep connection of the Greek vineyard with the Greek culture. All this in a handcrafted space that has been operating continuously since 1839.
