I am a writer and broadcaster specialising in the food of different cultures. I run cookery workshops at my my remote home in the Cairngorms National Park where visitors can enjoy the views while cooking world food, learning about spices, and reliving travels and food memories. At the end of the day, the visitors sit down and enjoy the feast they have prepared.
