Bramley Guest House

Bramley House is a traditional Victorian stone built house circa 1864 with many original features. The house is set in extensive landscaped garden grounds and enjoys superb south facing views to the surrounding countryside. We offer a combination of contemporary luxury and and a laid back friendly atmosphere. The House is named after the apple trees growing in our orchard to the rear of our house. Bramley House is set in beautiful south facing gardens in the village of Strathkinness, two miles to the west of St Andrews. We have adequate parking available and are perfectly situated for visits to St Andrews and exploring North East Fife. Both Steven and I spend our formative years in North East Fife, leaving the area and travelling widely before returning to our Scottish roots. It is important for us to make you feel as welcome and relaxed as possible during your stay, therefore we can offer a whole host of additional services from restaurant and golf course recommendations or reservations to advice on the local area.
